The people who scope a project build it, from the first workshop through to launch and beyond. No hand-offs between departments, no work thrown over a wall.

We stay deliberately small, with an average of nine years of experience across the team. Everyone owns real work — there is no layer of people managing people who manage the work.
Remote-friendly across Europe
We are a UK-based studio working with clients across six EU markets, and we work the way that suits the work — asynchronous by default, together when it helps.
Craft over churn
We build fewer things, better: static-first, accessible to WCAG 2.2 AA, fast by default. We would rather ship one thing we are proud of than three we are not.

Performance budgets, keyboard focus order, an honest error message — the small things that separate a site that passes a scanner from one people can actually use.
You can own a problem end to end
From understanding what a client actually needs, to shipping it, to keeping it working. Comfortable with ambiguity, allergic to leaving loose ends.
You explain your thinking
Clear writing and clear reasoning matter as much as clean code here — to clients and to each other.
No fixed openings right now.
We hire occasionally and deliberately, so we don't always have a formal vacancy posted. But we'd always rather meet good people early than miss them.
